My Story

I am T. Francis, a leader in the field of RPA with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. I have always been self-taught and have worked hard to become an expert in my field. My journey began as a novice, but with determination and a passion for technology, I have now become an accomplished professional working for small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and some of the largest non profits globally in finance, technology, and education industries to name a few.

My expertise in RPA is unmatched, and I have been able to build my knowledge from the ground up. I have a deep understanding of cloud services, and I have utilized my skills to build the necessary infrastructure for a UiPath RPA application in both AWS and Azure. This has allowed me to create a highly efficient and scalable environment that can accommodate even the most complex business use cases.

I am a hands-on developer who has successfully delivered many automations for complicated business use cases. My attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement and think outside of the box have earned me a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions quickly. I am driven by a passion for technology, and I always strive to deliver the best possible results.

In addition to my technical skills, my education consists of international business administration which helped me expand my skills as an exceptional leader. A leader who helped build the Automation COE at my current employer and a leader who knows how to manage and motivate almost any team. I currently manage all aspects of the RPA application infrastructure and all users within the RPA Team, and I have been able to create a highly collaborative and motivated work environment with my clients.

I am an asset to any organization, and my expertise in RPA, cloud services, and team management make me an ideal candidate for any RPA project. With my passion for technology and my drive to deliver the best possible results, I am poised to continue making a significant impact in the world of IT Automation and AI for many years to come.
